My main focus
Movement
Exercise and health go hand in hand. That's why I don't just want to mobilize you passively, but also give you specific exercises to improve your mobility.
Life is characterized by numerous rhythms such as the sleep-wake cycle or the frequency with which we eat. When we get out of step, it affects our health. If we are aware of these rhythms, they can often be synchronized and reconciled with simple measures.
rhythm
The way we breathe has a direct impact on our nervous system and state of mind. With simple breathing techniques I give you tools for more resilience towards (chronic) stress, for better concentration and for relaxation.

mindfulness
For me, mindfulness means being able to consciously switch between external and internal perception, i.e. being able to feel even in stressful situations: "How am I doing? How am I breathing? How is my heart beating?" This conscious change helps to regulate the nervous system. I encourage you to turn your attention inward more often.
Osteopathy for Yoga Practitioners
Do you feel pain during your yoga practice? Do you feel blocked in certain yoga postures? Together we will look for physical causes and look for strategies that will enable you to practice without any symptoms. I will also give you specific exercises to make certain body regions more flexible and/or strengthen them.
Osteopathy for dancers
As a former professional dancer, I know the professional demands on body, mind and soul. Together we look in which areas of your body the balance between strength and flexibility is unfavorable. Through manual treatment, I release deep tension in the muscles and connective tissue and give you specific exercises that are intended to improve strength and/or mobility in the affected region. We can also discuss methods with which you can increase your stress resilience, optimize your energy balance and give your body and mind the opportunity to recharge your batteries and regenerate.
